Woldring Verhuur distances itself from impure votes Groninger Architecture Prize

Last September 3th it was announced that the number of votes for the Woldring Location in the online election of the Groninger Architecture Month has been reduced. This is because the organizers (Stichting DAG, Atelier Stadsbouwmeester and GRAS) have revealed that a large number of impure votes were counted that were intended for the Woldring Location.Woldring Verhuur supports the organization in their decision and distances itself from possible clandestine activities.

Managing director André van Dalsen is shocked by the message, which he had to learn from the media: ''I am fed up with this. We don't know anything about this.'' After the discovery of these facts, the number of votes at the location was reduced by more than 4000. This means a shift from provisional first place to second place, behind Forum Groningen.

Although this comes as a huge surprise to Woldring Verhuur and those involved, everyone is pleased with the decision of the organization of this competition. For them, an honest winner literally and figuratively comes first. Client Woldring United BV, architects and implementers of this project ask honest voters to cast their votes before September 18 on the website of the Groninger Artistic Month and make an appeal to the person(s) responsible for these unclean votes to stop this immediately.
