Vacancy: Team Leader Technical Services

As Team Leader Technical Services, you are the first point of contact for technical issues and malfunctions within our property portfolio. You combine hands-on technical work with coordinating and leading tasks. In addition to independently solving technical problems, you are responsible for the weekly planning and supervise three permanent colleagues in the technical services department.

Woldring Verhuur is a professional real estate company with over 600 residential units spread across various locations in the city center of Groningen and the Woldring location on Friesestraatweg. With a dedicated and close-knit team, we handle everything fully in-house. We keep lines of communication short, act quickly, and place great value on personal contact and quality.

Education level: MBO-4 / HBO
Employment: 0.8 – 1.0 FTE (36 – 40 hours per week)
Work location: Groningen

What will you do?

• You are the first to respond to technical faults and ensure a quick and adequate solution.
• You independently carry out technical work and repairs where needed.
• You prepare the weekly schedule and distribute the work within the team.
• You supervise three permanent colleagues, monitor progress, and act as the go-to person for questions.
• You schedule and coordinate appointments with construction and maintenance companies.
• You ensure that all preparations for maintenance and repair work are made in good time.
• You monitor the quality of work carried out by external parties.
• You help think through improvements to maintenance processes and technical installations.
• You keep track of materials, parts and inventory management.

What do you bring with you?

• You have a completed MBO-4 or HBO degree in a technical field.
• You have good communication skills and a sufficient command of English to communicate with English-speaking tenants.
• You have all-round experience with technical installations.
• Experience with Climarad systems is a plus.
• You are well organized and good at setting priorities.
• You work proactively, focus on solutions, and take responsibility.
• You have good communication skills and a collegial attitude.
