The apartment overlooks the Reitdiep and features a modern kitchen with various built-in appliances, including a fridge-freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood and plenty of cupboard space.

The home has PVC flooring and is equipped with both underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. Thanks to excellent insulation, the fixed costs are very low. The temperature of the living room and bedrooms can be controlled separately.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also ideally suited as a study or home office. It receives plenty of natural light and has a Climarad ventilation system, which ensures a continuous supply of fresh air.

The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, mirror cabinet with lighting and socket, a toilet, a rain shower, and connections for a washing machine and dryer. There is also a ventilation system here.

The complex has camera surveillance, a caretaker and a cleaning service. In addition, there is of course a private bicycle space in the bicycle storage.

The Woldring Locatie is about a 10-minute bike ride from the centre of Groningen. The Zernike Campus can be reached in the same time. Thanks to its location on the ring road, the apartment is also easily accessible by car.

This apartment is suitable for occupancy by a maximum of two persons. We apply a security deposit of 2 times the bare rent. Security deposit is required up to 30 years. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Service charges do not include utilities, internet and other living expenses.
