Technical Service

We are looking for all-round maintenance workers!

Do you have a pair of golden right hands and good technical insight? Do you like to roll up your sleeves? And do you like a challenge? Then you are the all-round maintenance worker we are looking for!

As a maintenance worker, you will be the calling card of Woldring rental and help our tenants with repairs in and around their homes.

What does that mean?

• You are familiar with all different aspects of all-round maintenance.
• You are construction savvy (MBO level) and installation work is also familiar territory for you.
• You can work well together, but you also enjoy being out on your own.

Domestic employee

Can you work independently as well as in a team? Do you keep everything spotlessly clean? Would you like to work at different locations in Groningen as housekeeping assistant m/f? Then you might be our new housekeeping assistant!

Main tasks:

• Taking care of clean and hygienic general areas of our rental complexes.
• Taking care of clean and hygienic fitness- and sauna rooms.
• Checking accommodations for possible malpractice
• Communicating possible abuses with the caretaker

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience as a domestic worker / star.
• You live in the city or nearby.
• You are also willing to clean at various locations in Groningen.
• You like to work hard because the location you maintain, is just yours!
• You are quick to spot wrongs and recognise shortcomings.
• Good communication with us about this is required.
• You can work completely independently.
• You have a telephone (compensation for this will be arranged)

Hours per week in consultation: 8 to 40 hours. Part-time / Full-time.
