The apartment:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Woldring location and has a separate bedroom.This apartment has central floor heating and cooling and is also very well insulated.There is also ventilation in the living area.From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the passing boats in the Reitdiep.

Upon entering the living area you will immediately see the well-equipped kitchen, which is equipped with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), combination oven double sink with mixer tap and induction hob.

The bathroom has a spacious rain shower, sink, toilet, radiator and connection for washing machine and possibly a dryer.

The complex:
